History

The CPPSN program was started in 1990 as the perinatal network program of the City of Syracuse Women's Commission.  In 1996, it incorporated as an independent not-for-profit organization called Family Ties Network, Inc. In 2004, Family Ties Network and CNYCAP (the Central New York Council on Adolescent Pregnancy, Inc.) merged. In 2007, we took the new name of REACH CNY (Resources, Education, Advocacy, Collaboration for Health in Central New York) to represent our newly merged organization.
