Community Health Education Days (CHED)
Community Health Education Days (CHED) are an opportunity for organizations throughout REACH CNY's service areas of Cayuga, Madison, Onondaga, and Oswego Counties to eduate their communities about a targeted health topic for one day. Focusing on one important health topic will maximize imact and make CHED a catalyst for greater awareness surrounding the issue. REACH CNY hosts CHED on annually.
The 2nd Annual CHED, Prematurity Awareness: Helping to Reduce Infant Mortality is planned to coincide with National Prematurity Awareness Day. Plan to attend an event in your county sponsored by REACH CNY, or register to host an event at your location. Participating agencies will be entered in a county-wide drawing for $50 worth of program materials of their choice!
